We all have a very routined life, every day we attend to the same old chores both in office and at home. This kind of rigorous and monotonous life slowly starts to take a toll on our emotional set up. We start getting into fowl and bad temper and even the sweetest of all things, seems to be bitter. This is when the need arises, to take a vacation and plan a lovely and quiet holiday.

Scheduling a trip is a necessity and you cannot just pack your bags and leave. Not that sudden trips are not successful, but a planned trip is always more enjoyable. The cool sea breeze hitting your face or the or the sun rising in between blue mountains, the water fall from a hill, or the cool sand of the deserts, the wildlife of a jungle, no matter which kind of holiday you like, its best to plan for it in advance and here are some travel tips which are handy and will be extremely constructive to you.

Traveling in foreign countries can be a wonderful, uplifting experience that will never be forgotten, but there are also perils and difficulties that can arise on any trip, especially those that are outside your own country. In part 2 of this article series we discussed how to prevent sickness from local foods and water while away, how to carry cash with you safely and how to use credit cards while abroad and much more. Now here are even more international travel tips that can help you have the best family vacations while you are abroad:
* As with any plane trip you take, airlines can lose the luggage that is checked in as baggage on the flight. So to counteract that possibility, be sure to take all important papers that will be needed for the trip including visa, passports, medical and insurance documents, trip schedule, lodging information, driver’s licenses and so forth in your carry-on luggage just in case. That way it never leaves you as you make the trip.

* Most major credit cards are often accepted in foreign countries, but just be sure that the ones you have can be used successfully everywhere you intend to go. It may also be a good idea to notify your credit card companies in advance that you are leaving the country and how long you plan to be gone just so they do not flag your account and deny charges due to suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Have you ever experienced a serious disaster whilst on holiday? If not, it’s merely a matter of time. It has been said there are two kinds of travellers, those that have experienced a problem holiday and those that are still going to.

Tasked with identifying the top ten travel tips immediately got my mind going but an idea soon took shape. Why not use the experiences of the professionals, ask them to identify the more common causes of problems when travelling. Unbeknown to me this certainly dropped the cat amongst the pigeons, largely because limiting this to only ten became a problem, thank you so much to all those who were a part of the panel.
