Great also to see a post about my home country Denmark, in addition to the sight you mention, I can also recommend the following sites which are mostly targeted for families with kids.

The number one sight in that relation is for sure Legoland in Billund, I guess most kids know about the Lego brigs, if you want to see where it all started and visit the worlds first lego park you have to go to Legoland in Billund.

Summer parks, Denmark has a number of summer parks, with are perfect places for 1 day excursion with kids, the number one park is Faarup sommerland situated in the north western part of Denmark close to Blokhus, another park which is also worthwhile visiting is Djurs sommerland situated 40 km north of Aarhus.

I would also recommend the old town in Aarhus, especially at Christmas this is an amazing sight.
